WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING?
- Purpose No. 1: To respond to your enquiries or send you information relating to your request for logistics and transport services. You must only provide us with data for which you are the data subject, or data relating to third parties if you are their legal representative or have obtained their consent.
- Purpose No. 2: To fulfil our contractual obligations should you engage our services (Transport, Logistics, Refrigerated Transport, Intermodal), as well as to carry out the administrative, tax and accounting tasks arising from the work performed.
- Purpose No. 3: To send you regular marketing information (newsletters) about our services, provided that you have given your consent or have previously had a contractual relationship with us.
- Purpose No. 4: Managing posts on our website and social media (LinkedIn, etc.) where you have given your consent.
- Purpose No. 5: To participate in recruitment processes (direct employment) or to process applications from partner hauliers should they send us their CV or fleet portfolio.
WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING?
- Purpose No. 1: Consent given by the data subject when sending us an enquiry.
- Purpose No. 2: Compliance with contractual and legal (tax) obligations arising from the service provided.
- Purpose No. 3: Consent for marketing communications or legitimate interest if you are already a customer.
- Purpose No. 4: Consent to publish content.
- Purpose No. 5: Consent given by the data subject to participate in recruitment or collaboration processes, provided by submitting their details via forms or email.
WHAT ARE THE DATA RETENTION POLICIES?
- Purposes 1 and 2: We will retain the data for the duration of the limitation period for legal obligations and for as long as there is a mutual interest.
- Purpose No. 3: Until you decide to withdraw your consent or object to the processing.
- Purpose No. 4: Indefinitely, unless you wish to withdraw your consent.
- Purpose No. 5: CVs and application documents will be destroyed following the selection process, having been retained for a maximum period of one year.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL DETAILS?
The User guarantees that the data provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any modifications must be communicated to us by email at info@gonavaslogistics.com.
WHO IS THIS INFORMATION INTENDED FOR?
We will not disclose information to third parties unless required to do so by law or where necessary to provide our services (such as sharing shipment details with partner carriers under a confidentiality agreement).
WHAT RIGHTS DO DATA SUBJECTS HAVE?
Everyone has the right to access their data, request its rectification, erasure (the right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability and to object to its processing.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you are not satisfied with the exercise of your rights.
